Technical and commercial due diligence on a portfolio of data centre assets valued at $900m on behalf of a global asset manager. Our client required an in-depth review of all major design and as-built systems to identify technical compliance, and commercial risk between delivery capability and SLA and LD commitments to the end users.
Project Development and Concept
Working with a consortium involved in delivering a submarine cable project between Europe and the Middle East. Level 0’s role has included landing station and data centre design in KSA, highlighting key design constraints, matching these to the target customer needs, and suggesting potential remediation strategies.
GCC Market Strategy and Execution
GCC Market strategy and execution, including the selection and commercial negotiation of a 90MW development site. Level 0’s brokerage role involved drafting the sale and purchase agreement and working with the commercial and legal teams of the parties to create a win-win outcome.
Site Selection and Acquisition
